Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $60 within the US. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout, so there's no need for a coupon code.
What are your shipping charges for orders under $60?
For orders under $60, we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping within the US.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, it is expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days. We work closely with trustworthy carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're constantly working on expanding our services, and we appreciate your understanding.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, simply contact us at tinytwirlstore@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What should I do if my order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at tinytwirlstore@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Are there any exceptions to your return policy?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
